Master of Leather Engineering, Senior engineer. Mr. Chen Zhanguang worked as tanning technician for 4 years after graduating from Leather Engineering department of Sichuan University in 1994, and then studied in Sichuan University for Master from 1998 to 2001, and worked in CLIA from 2001.
He has accomplished over 20 policy studies and standards such as Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Leather and Fur Making Industry, Entry Criteria of Tanning Industry, Guideline for Export of Leather and Leather Products, Technical specification for application and issuance of pollutant permit leather and fur making industry—leather making industry, Technical specification for application and issuance of pollutant permit footwear manufacturing industry, and so on.
